Below is the detailed description of what to expect from our team during the cat structure refurbishing project. It is a general timeline, for your reference only. Each project will have its specific process, unique to each home environment & the desired catified outcome. Please contact us directly to move forward with your project.
- Client: Identify area of your cat's structure you wish to refurbish.
Having a common understanding for the reasons you wish to refresh your cat’s structure will assist in making the project successful in your cat’s eyes. For example - posts only, posts & bed, all elements.
- Client: Choose material to upgrade.
Use website page for material samples, can be found under "THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX" tab.
- Client: Choose Add-On Packages.
Example – Faux Fur Trim, Decor Rope, Artistic Package, Enrichment Zones(EZ)
- Client: Take photo of cat structure. All 4 sides in the structure's current home location, send to our team thru email or text.
- Team Member: Discuss any customized personalization requests – To prepare to special order any personalized supplies, once project begins.
- Team Member: *Draft proposal with original photos attached – email to client.
- Client: Make changes to options or material choice, then send back those requests via email so the proposal can be updated. Once client is satisfied with written proposal, “Go Ahead” approval to Classy Cat Creations via email required for written legal protection, verbal or text is not acceptable.
- Team Member: *Email Legal Doc to officially enter contract & request down payment.
- Team Member: Once Legal Doc is signed & down payment received, team member will order any special supplies requested in proposal.
- Team Member: Once supplies arrive in workshop, we will reach out to arrange for delivery or pick-up of cat structure.
- Team Member: Creation construction begins.
- Team Member: *Send mid project check-in with photos & any adjustments needed to alter the proposal.
- Team Member: Arrange for the delivery of finished project structure & final payment.
- Team Member: 2 wk post completion contact check-in for questions or concerns.
Installation of EZ elements if ordered.
